Delivery / Shipping Policy
Each ARQÉ piece begins its journey from our atelier and is shipped worldwide via DHL. Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed or confirmed by the registered customer.
Shipping Process
Orders are typically dispatched within 4–8 business days.
Special orders, crafted upon request, may require up to 8 weeks for production and delivery.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Free delivery may apply for select orders or promotions.
Customs and Duties All retail prices are exclusive of import taxes and duties. Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs fees upon delivery.
Payment Confirmation Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a payment confirmation by email within minutes of completing your purchase.
Refund Policy
Each ARQÉ piece is meticulously crafted to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fine jewelry purchases.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of:
A manufacturing defect assessed by our atelier.
The wrong product being sent.
Damage incurred during shipping.
A product that appears tampered with upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
As each piece is crafted to order, ARQÉ by Darinne does not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.
