1. Introduction

Welcome to ARQÉ by Darinne (“ARQÉ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and related services. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing through this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the site.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of this website constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

3. Country of Domicile

The website is owned and operated by ARQÉ by Darinne. Lebanon is our country of domicile, and all legal dealings are governed by Lebanese law.

4. Definitions

  • “Client”, “Customer”, “You” refers to any user making a purchase, booking a service, or accessing the website.

  • “Products” refers to all jewelry pieces offered for purchase.

  • “Made-to-Order” / “Pre-Order” refers to items produced only after a purchase is confirmed.

  • “Services” refers to styling consultations, customization requests, repairs, or other support offered by ARQÉ.

5. Services Provided

ARQÉ offers handcrafted fine jewelry, made-to-order products, limited edition releases, custom design services, and brand-related media (visual, editorial, and educational). Services may evolve at our discretion.

6. Booking and Reservation Terms

Any reservation for a custom piece, private appointment, or product pre-order is only confirmed after payment has been made in full or according to the agreed deposit terms.

7. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in gold and gemstone markets. A confirmed order locks the price at the time of purchase. Orders will not begin production until payment is successfully received.

We currently accept:

    Payment methods may vary based on region or checkout availability.

9. Currency

Prices are displayed and charged in USD (United States Dollar) unless stated otherwise at checkout.

10. Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations once production has begun.
In the rare event of cancellation due to material unavailability or internal error, ARQÉ will issue a full refund.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information when placing an order, including size, contact details, and shipping address. Any errors submitted by the client are their responsibility.

12. Age Restriction

Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, purchase, or transact on the website.

13. Production Schedule & Deliverables

All ARQÉ pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis. Standard production time is 4–6 weeks, excluding shipping and customs delay. Custom or special orders may require a longer timeline, communicated in writing.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website—including designs, photographs, videos, text, logos, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of ARQÉ by Darinne and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

15. Use of Images & Videos

By purchasing ARQÉ pieces, the customer agrees that the brand may feature product images (not personal images) in marketing, unless explicitly requested otherwise. Any client-submitted content (e.g., unboxing, worn product photos) may be reshared only with explicit consent.

16. Third-Party Vendors & Subcontractors

Production processes may involve certified external workshops, stone suppliers, logistics companies, and artisans. ARQÉ is not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party systems outside its control.

17. Force Majeure

ARQÉ is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control including but not limited to war, natural disaster, political unrest, internet disruption, or supplier shutdowns.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARQÉ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, order delays, or product handling after delivery.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ARQÉ harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or legal cost arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.

20. Confidentiality

All private correspondence, quotations, and custom briefs between ARQÉ and the client are confidential and may not be shared publicly without written consent.

21. Privacy & Data Protection
